Donation of nearly $20,000 from the Sudbury-Manitoulin Ethics Network to the University of Sudbury!

The University of Sudbury has long been a member of the Sudbury-Manitoulin Ethics Network, a group of community agencies committed to encouraging ethics related education and capacity development in the region. On November 13th, Ms. Jamie Robertson, Administrator of the Ethics Centre at the University of Sudbury accepted a cheque presented to her by Claire McChesney, on behalf of the group. The nearly $20,000 raised by the Network through past educational events will be administered by the University of Sudbury's Ethics Centre in accordance with the shared aim of the partners: the continued development of resources, educational opportunities, and infrastructure in the region relating to ethical issues faced in health and community care.
